Executive Chef Teri McLeod's menu reflects the cuisine of the Old Plantation Hawaii, which celebrates the abundance and beauty of the Hawaiian Islands. All our vegetables and herbs are grown organically and picked fresh on local farms. We use a native mesquite wood called Kiawe in our grill. Kiawe is harvested on the west side of Kauai and imparts a pleasing smoky flavor to our grilled fish, seafood and meats.
